So I am trying to get into gwinnett techs fall of 2013 class and i just wanted to start a forum for us to support each other and for info. I still have a couple pre reqs to take but im hoping to do well! Good luck everyone

Just extra information...the TB test is $26 at the health department (well at the one in Buford anyway). I got 3 sticks, and I still have to go back to get 2 more for the Hep B sequence.

Congratulations to everyone who will be beginning the program! Can anyone tell me what the NCLEX pass rates have been? I am contemplating applying and cannot find the scores anywhere on the intern and this is a big determining factor for me. Thank you so much in advance

Odd that it's not listed on the GA Board of Nursing website; I know it used to be. I would suggest either contacting the Board of Nursing directly or maybe the nursing program advisors listed at the bottom of the page here: Gwinnett Technical College

I don't know exact numbers, but I know it's high.

Quick question for anyone who doesn't have health insurance: Where are you going to fill out the immunization part of the packet? I mean where would it be the cheapest? I'm retrieving my Immunization records but I still need a health care provider to fill out the rest of the form.

The Health Dept should still be able to fill it out for you...I know they do Physical Exams there and when I went to get my immunizations they asked if I needed it filled out....this was the one in Buford btw. Since I have my physical in a few weeks anyway I opted to let my PCP do it =)

The graduating class of 2012 had a 100% NCLEX pass rate on the first try! I am part of the 2013 graduating class and take my exam June 26.
