Georgia State Nursing Spring 2016

Published

Hi! I'm applying to Georgia State University's ACE Track for Spring 2016. Anyone else out there also applying? :)

YOU GUYS!!! I just received the email telling me that I was accepted into the ACE program! I honestly doubted myself so much but am so happy all of my hard work paid off. Good luck to everyone!!

I got in too!! ACE! My email came at 11:45 this morning. I'm so happy I can't believe it! Good luck to everyone!!

Congrats, Hildog and annerstine! :) I'm not sure how many people get into ACE vs Traditional. I think it may be 30 for ACE and 42 for Traditional, or the other way around.

Congratulations!! I still have not heard anything. Very anxious! So happy for

you guys.

@firefly22 I'm hoping you'll here back something soon! My fingers are crossed for you! :)

Just received an email that I've been ACCEPTED into the Traditional track for Spring 2016. I already lost hope on this because I was checking my home phone messages last two weeks and got a message from Mr Hugh saying I need to submit a reactivation letter for my application to be considered. It was surprising because I just got accepted into GSU in August and sent my nursing application on the due date OCT 1st.

Just yesterday, I gave up since no one is replying my messages or returning my calls.

I've always been told to apply to GSU but for some reasons I kept pushing the idea away. Well, here it is. YIPEE!!![emoji126]🏽

I got into traditional!!!! Congrats everyone! Stats:

program GPA: not exactly sure but I think somewhere between 3.4-3.5

science GPA: 3.95

TEAS: 84.7

I got my letter in the mail today! It says we have to complete an online Program Intake for Nursing Students (PINS) review by November 13 and that we need to complete all health requirements, CPR, & related paperwork by December 14. We also have to send back the letter that officially indicates whether you accept or reject your acceptance to BFLSON. Also, there's a mandatory orientation session on January 8th.

Congrats to @annerstine, @firefly22, @endowed, AND @jael1 what an exciting time!! Just curious, @jael1, what program were you accepted into?

I still can't believe this is finally happening! It feels like a dream. I'm hoping the deadlines are different for the people who received emails today. It says I won't get mine until 7 to 10 business days from today, which will be past the 13th of November.

@Hildog, I applied to Traditional. I hope the deadline is different too! All the dates seem so close. The semester is going to end plus with finals coming in December...yikes!

Do you know if there is a fee to save our seat?

I got accepted to the traditional track! :)
