I haven't purchased my books yet...was hoping my financial aid would come through so I could use it, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen that way...

Marietta, I wish I had financial aid but oh well.

I have purchased all of my books. It was almost $600 off of Amazon.com, textbooks.com and half.com. Becoming a nurse is very expensive but it will pay off in the end.

I just saw my schedule in Score also...too bad I still can't access my email or Vista!

Happy I'm at Marietta also. I know Fawn is hoping she's at Marietta but didn't know yet, maybe her Score will be updated today too. Fawn and I are planning to meet up for the workshop on Thursday, you should meet up too - I want to get to know some classmates! :)

My score is not updated yet. I guess I will have to wait until thursday to find out which campus. Maybe we all could meet up in Rome, I read that there is an IHOP by the school somewhere( I think last year people met up there). We could meetup there before the workshop? Or any other Ideas?

Yes there is apparently an IHOP around the corner from Heritage Hall, at 35 Riverbend Drive. I think getting some pancakes before the workshop is an excellent idea.

I think we probably better make it about 8, just to make sure we have plenty of time to eat and get to the workshop. Which means leaving frightfully early that morning after getting home from work at 2 am! Oh well...better get used to not sleeping, I think...

So, now that orientation is behind us... What do you all think? I am excited and scared at the same time. I am ready to get started. I hate I didn't check the site to see that you all were meeting at the IHOP. Is there anyone here staying at the Rome site?
