Hey Everyone! I'm just trying to start a thread for those of us wanting to get in to the ASN program at Georgia Highlands this fall!!! I submitted my application in the mail yesterday, and took the TEAS last week.
Anyone know if we will at least get a confirmation of their receipt of our app or anything?
I got a 92 on the TEAS. I tried to calculate my worksheet score but I have no idea what my SAT scores were individually. I know I got an 1890, but that was 6 years ago!
Man, I don't know what is taking so long for these letters but if mine isn't in the mailbox by tomorrow I'm going to raise some serious and I mean serious hell towards the school and post office! Doesn't take two days to get a letter from Rome which is 35 minutes from Cartersville! í ½í¸¡ The school should have given people the option to come up to the school and pick their letters up directly! Seriously if we don't get something by tomorrow, I don't know what I'll do. I've literally been losing sleep over this letter, I just want to know one way or the other so if I'm not in, I can plan accordingly and start looking for a full time job since I'll have to wait a year to reapply and there are no other courses I can take pertaining to my degree. This is Murphy's Law in action here folks!
I actually went to the post office today (ended up being the wrong location for my zip), but they said they couldn't find it for me unless it was sent certified. Just info for anyone who has the same idea. Frustrated...
I hear ya, I have two little boys and I can't figure out plans for them while I am in school till I know if I got in or not! Seriously they are not looking at the bigger picture here!

Exactly! I'm trying to figure out childcare as well and can't until I know where I'm going!!
They could have even sent me a text saying yes or no....I mean when there is something going on with closing school, I get a call, a text, and an email . Why can't they do that with this???
