Georgetown Online FNP program

Hi guys,

I'm working on my application for Georgetown's online FNP program and found out that they now have an interview instead of the video essay submission.

Has anyone had an actual interview with one of their Admission Counselors yet? If any, would you please share your experiences? Any tips on acing the interview? :)

Sorry for late response. it took about a week. I am still shopping around for schools. The interesting thing is that, at the end of the day, those that attend big schools and non big school will sit for the same exam and may end up working at the same place.

Does anyone have any advice from their interviews? What questions were asked? I have my interview tomorrow and am nervous about what they will ask!!

You pick from 3 different "pots". You pick A, B, or C. It's been over a year now so I don't remember my questions but I was also applying for CNM/WHNP and I know 1 of the questions I actually remember was specifically geared towards my specialty.

Good luck on your interview. I've been accepted to the September 2018 cohort.

I don't remember exact questions but do remember one about what challenges in nursing have you faced... or something like that. Of course your "why" and how will you manage....

I'm sure you'll ace it!

Which track were you accepted into? I applied for the AG-ACNP track but I can't seem to find anyone else who is a part of that track too. I hope to hear from them soon. I thought the interview went well. So crossing my fingers!

There's a Facebook group called Georgetown university msn students that includes current students and graduates! Just search for it and request to be added!

How long did it take from faculty review until you heard you were accepted? I'm sitting on the edge of my seat here!!
