I'm currently finishing up my prerequisites and just started my NursingCAS Application for George Washington ABSN for Spring 2015. I found out today (4/17/2015) GW temporarily made their Spring 2016 application unavailable due to errors. They will be releasing it again starting 4/24/15. Until then, I'll be completing the generic information on NursingCAS (personal info, transcript entry, etc)

Hi! Gummycoco, I'm new to this site so I'm not sure if I am doing this right but I have a few questions. I just got accepted today for the ABSN Spring 2017 start date. I am from Texas so I am literally clueless about the area and the school. Is the cost worth the education you receive? I am not part of the military so I don't have that help, I will have to get a personal loan of some sort to cover the costs. My next question is living costs. I know it is more expensive but is it easy to find roommates or is that kind of a struggle? Do you feel prepared to be a nurse at the end of this program? What are the academics and clinical like? Any other information you can give me is greatly appreciated! Thank You!
