It's been the same for the past three weeks, but I guess I can't complain since I am at least losing steadily. Only .8 of a pound to lose before I reach my first 10%. Dixienurse, exercise is definitely important. My husband, my son, my dog, and I have been walking around the base each evening after dinner. We go anywhere between 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 miles. It helps to walk with other people so you are so busy talking that you don't think so much about the fact that you are exercising. I have also found that since walking every night I have had more energy and have been sleeping better. I also think that variety is important. I have been also doing aerobics, tae-bo, and going swimming. I don't, of course, do all of these things every day. I just switch them around and do one of them in addition to the walking every day. They key is to find things that you enjoy so you won't dread it so much. Have fun with it.
