So how are you going to spend your winter break?

How are you going to spend your winter break. I have almost 5 weeks off and I plan on

1)Spend time with my daughter/family.

2)Organizing my bedroom, I have so many papers and books everywhere that I need to really organize it.

3)Read books/magazines that I have that I have not had a chance to read yet.

4) Going out with my friend!!!!!!!

5)Starting back on my plan to lose weight and carefully planning each and every step.

6)Going back to previous semesters and begin to study for NCLEX.

7)Just RELAX overall and enjoy my break before heading into the final round.

other than sleeping, i'm defunking this house. shampooing carpets, organizing the entire house and throwing out "stuff" that i've let accumulate because of school. i'm going to decorate the house for christmas, fully realizing of course that it has to come down by january 6 or risk staying up til next july. :chuckle the kids and i are doing a movie. dh and i are doing a kidless dinner.

I'm also doing all of the above, plus I plan to get caught up with my scrapbooking. I'm stuck at X-mas 2000....hmmm that's when I started school....

Just got off shift, have some flank steak on the grill, going hunting for deer in the morning, and intend to spend most of my time off just catching up on things that need to be done with the house, but about 2 wks before class, will begin reading the next lessons -to get back 'in the groove'.

Last, but not least, I plan to take my girlfriend to St. Augustine. She likes antiques, and I think a 200 mile ride on the cycle will do us both good (grin).

I'm going to go to some parties, have some parties, and do some skiing. I'm supposed to be studying for finals not thinking about what I'm going to be doing over the break! Gotta go!

Catching up on all the binge drinking I've missed because I've had class! Haha, no really, I would like to reinstate my social life. Also spend more time reading non-school books (I'm usually a book worm). And wait to hear from the BSN program whether I've made it in or not!!!

I am going to work so that I can make enough money to buy my books for the spring semester. I am hoping that I will be able to spend some time with my family and go to lunch with my 2 best friends.

Reality tells me that I will be working, cleaning and trying to organize all the books and papers that have taken over my dining room. They usually give us some sort of assignment over the breaks, so I'm sure that this semester will be no different!

Other than that, I am so used to having no life, I hope I surprise myself!
