Answer to yesterday's question:
Congrats to those who chose number 3. Your patient is still alive. :)
3- The effectiveness of therapy is measured by the client's response.
1- It's presumptive- the database is incomplete for the conclusion that surgery is necessary. ETT doesn't permit verbal communication. 4 is important, but not priority.
QOD:
A depresed client is receiving paroxetine (Paxil). The RN monitors this client for the side effects associated with Paxil. Check all that apply.
1. Sexual dysfunction
2. Depressed respirations
3. Insomnia and restlessness
4. HTN or hypotension
5. Irregular menses or secondary menses
6. Hypertensive crisis when it interacts with foods containing tyramine.
Gotta love new format questions!

Dear Aneroo, would you mind to repost the question along the answer? It takes forever to find a thread from the previous day and check the answers.
Thanks in advance!

1 and 3. I feel like there are three correct answers but I am only 100% positive about 1 and 3.
Now I am going to check what my drug book states.

Ditto. That's what drug guides are for right?
