Does anybody have any advise how to get rid of puffy eyes? I work 2 jobs, go to school, and study till the wee hours of the morning. When I wake up I've got huge bags under my eyes. Any tips on how to get rid of em???
Thanks!

more sleep might help.
If you are retaining fluid anywhere else, or having shortness of breath, I would see MD right away.

The good ol' gell eye masks that you stick in the fridge.

Haven't tried it myself (frankly, I'd be a bit nervous to), but I've heard good ol' Preparation H does the trick. Just make sure not to get it in your eyes

It really does work...something about the shark liver or whatever in it..makes the swelling go down. Worth a try.

Hmmm....that is what I was going to say.
I have tried it, but it has been a long time ago. It is very greasy. It does work though.

I have some cucumber gel that works great.. it's gentle on your skin and it cools at the same time :)

Buy a concealer the same shade as your skin tone. Don't go lighter or you will draw more attention to the problem. Use a liquid concealer if you've got dry to normal skin or a cream/stick concealer if you've got oily skin. Just dab a bit under your eyes, in the corners of your eyes near your nose along your nose bridge, and around the red parts of your nose. Rub it in nicely and evenly. If you find it hard to rub in, apply a nice facial lotion before you mess with the concealer. Try it. It does wonders! Might not reduce puffiness but it will reduce the color difference and that gives wonderful illusion.

Sleep--and not just for the bags.... You'll get more out of your studying, etc., if you are well rested.
Good luck!
Thanks everyone, you gave me some good ideas. However sleep is not something I can get more of right now. Coffee has the most wonderful affect on me, I'm not tired at night so I can study more!!! Coffee anybody???
