I've actually just posted a question (my first), but after reading a few other threads it's obvious the polite thing to do would be to introduce myself. My name is Ethan, I'm headed somewhere soon for an Accelerated BSN/MSN or generic MSN program, with the intent to become an FNP. I was a paramedic in the military, I've got a bachelor of arts in English and comparative religion, and it's only after great consideration that I decided to become an FNP versus a PA or a DO. I'm very excited to begin a program and any words of advice will be appreciated. If you have the time and are so inclined, my first thread is "U Penn, U of Roch, Sam. Merritt - where to?" Any thoughts on these schools, or the pros/cons of Generic MSN programs vs. accelerated BSN/MSN programs?
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from anyone. As the years go by, I might be able to answer a few questions myself.

Yeah, welcome aboard! It's great to meet so many people interested in the health care field. Can't comment on the schools anywhere but my little neck of the woods, but best of luck to you!
