I am not exactly in Memphis, but close. Jonesboro, Arkansas. I hope to someday work a 4 day week in Memphis Hospitals when I become a Real Nurse someday. Glad to see some posters so close by!!!!!!!!!

I just got back from visiting my family in Memphis and I am sooo homesick already! I am kind of hoping that we retire from the Navy there...I've already been looking at houses!

Mr. Drake was a food and restaurant inspector. he says taco bell uses the lowest grade of meat equivalent to dog meat and just cooks it a long time with seasonings so you won't know....he will also tell how dirty eating out of an all you can eat self help buffet is...makes you never want to eat out again!!! ( I figure that it hasnt killed me yet!) I enjoyed his class and miss his lectures.

P.S. don't lick your fingers to turn pages in your book, he'll bust you every time! :eek:

i just love teachers like yours! my a&p instructor is the same way.....he's madd cool! yuck about the tb though....my boys love their soft tacos! :uhoh21:

Yeah he has busted every one that dared put fingers in their mouth!

He did not go into as much detail about taco bell with us. I think he was afraid of offending someone. Apparently one time he did. I think the person probally should not have been so sensitive. He did say thought that since the little dog on the commercial was missing for so long it make you wonder what they did to him....

I told him about the taco bell and buffet world coupons...he laughed and said that he did not get to tell us quite so much as he does in a regular semester:roll
