Last quarter I was soooo stressed with school and working 2 jobs - that at my second job I was calling my co-workers by the wrong names!!!
Geezzzzz...sometimes I felt like I was going crazy and that was with just 1 class (A&P). How on earth am I going to handle a full load this semester! :uhoh21:
Do you ever feel like your brain just stops working?
I would also get terrible somachaches right before a test.
I'm sooo excited to start this new semester but I'm also very nervous too.

For 18 mos. or so my full-time work schedule was split between two different hospitals. Anyway, I would answer the phones sometimes by the wrong hospital name (my brain would even freeze up as I tried to remember where I was!) Sometimes someone would be asking me where certain supplies were and I would direct them to a storage closet etc located at the other hospital! SG

I work at an airline and for some reason instead of saying next passenger in line..I say next patient in line. Heck I can't be all wrong..some of the people I check in are crazy and should be considered patients.!!!!!
:rotfl: Now I don't feel so bad!!! It's kind a joke at my full time job that I have foot-in-mouth disease!! :rotfl: I think sometimes my brain turns faster than I can talk - and my words get screwed up!!! :imbar

Haha! "Patient" is latin for "suffering"-and I would say that standing in line at the airport ceratinly embodies suffering! So, calling passengers "patients" seems pretty right on to me! :rotfl:

Hey~ I just sent a card to my daughter and as I was signing the envelope's return address, I wrote "Mom" and forgot MY address! I remembered my mothers, but not mine...talk about scary there for awhile!

All the time!! My sis was telling me the other day she was ordering something over the phone and they asked her address and she forgot and had to go outside to look at her door number.
I'm constantly doing brain farts. I have 2 good male friends in school (of course I make friends with the males)..one John/other Jimmy. constantly calling them each other's names. Forever walking into rooms for something and totally forget what I'm there for. :) Nice to know we're not alone.
Not really related to this but I can't say the world rural. Have a real problem w/that word.
Also, mentioned something about an Ear, Nose Throat doc but it came out..
Ear, Throse and Noat......and it wasn't the first time! arrrrgggghhhh
