i've settled down now. funny how no sleep and tons of stress will make a person post some off the wall stuff.
and for those of you with plenty of time to go......it will go by sooner than you think. i realize i'm in the home stretch. it's almost surreal. but i just get tired and worn down sometimes.
thanks for letting me vent though
Rena,
I can understand! Graduation is on June 7th for me and I am counting the days too! I am keeping track of the number of days left of everthing! (Clinical, class, the semester) We have a three day "party". Our banquet is on the 5th, our pinning is on the 6th and graduation is on the 7th and I can't wait!!

Yup, tired here, too.
I think the thing I am the most tired of is the kids saying, "Who's that lady?" when I get up from behind the stack of books.........!
Seriously, I only have till May 22, 2003, so I am on the home stretch too. I've been doing this since 1999, and am really sick of school.
But all I have is clinicals, so it isn't too bad.
Least I can still find my bed in the wee hours of the morning.
Chins up, guys, we WILL make it.

til graduation.
i'm tired of nursing school being a 7 day a week "job." i mean, i love what i do. really. honestly. i love it! but you know, too much of a good thing will just plain make a person sick.
for example, let's say that i was a pie taster in a bakery. who wouldn't love a job like that? you get to taste every pie made to make sure it's the way it's supposed to be.
but wouldn't you get tired of doing it 24/7 after a while? would you just dream of a day off? wouldn't you just love to sample say.....some good old fashioned meatloaf? but you can't because everything you put in your mouth taste like pie.
well that's where i'm at this very moment......... in the bakery begging for a day off.
