During LPN program, we wore white pants, a HORRIBLE zip up smock with a HUGE collar, a lite gray & white pinstripe pinafore, & a cap with a big gray stripe on it. Scary thing, this was in 1992!!
During ADN program, white pants & top with a plum lab jacket.

No kidding, I had the world's ugliest uniform.

blue and white pinstripe pants and tunic
    white bib with navy piping
    navy blue peter pan collar.

My nursing school was started by nuns.

no offense, but fashion is not something i associate with the
    church. LOL

We joked that if we could actually wear those uniforms, we could do absolutely ANYTHING!

white uniform with a navy blue apron overlay. Not too bad as student uniforms go. I wear ciel blue scrubs for my regular job, but I wear red for my agency jobs!

As a student I wore light blue and white pin striped dress with a white bib. Of course a god awlful huge flying nun type cap.
We also had to wear the same shoes and I can't think of the name(I think I blocked them out)they were ugly and very typical old nurse looking.
This was almost 27yrs ago. Someone help me with the name of the shoes.
Today I wear caribbean blue scrubs and jacket and New Balance tennies.

LPN year ALL WHITE!!! Lucky for us, the RN students ahead of us started a petition so when we started the RN program they allowed us to wear burgundy pants and white tops! (school colors was burgundy and white)

Yesterday at work I wore my navy pants and jacket with a white top underneath....I get so many compliment from my patients when I wear that. My other uniforms are prints.

My nursing student uniform was "frontier blue" dress which was a blue-grey color with fitted waist. We had to be sure the length was at least mid knee. As students we joked that we looked like the morgue workers in such a depressing color.

After wearing scrubs for many years at my present job, we wear street clothes.
Remembering all this is really fun! As a nurse, I wore a scrub dress for about two years before the hospital converted to scrub pants and tops.

    School uniform:

Ugly pink and white pin stripe fitted dress, hemmed to mid calf with huge white apron.

Last day of nursing school we had a picnic and bon-fire.....You guessed it...The bon-fire was made up of uniforms.

Currently work in ER. Wear multi-colored print tops with matching plain colored pants. Sometimes seasonal.
