Yes, it can be a symptom of a severe panic attack. It can also be a symptom of a dissociative state.

ahmm... so is it PANIC? isnt it that in panic level of anxiety, the vision is already distorted?

since severe anxiety has symptoms that can also be in the panic level, tunnel vision MIGHT be in panic but there is a possibility that it started in severe anxiety and thats what i really want to know..

anyone? please? thanks
