..no not this thread....the thread title is ,"questions about dealing with docs"......a real live doc poste on the thread and wants to know why she is experiencing ''attitude from female nurses...do we hold female docs to a higher standard?"...just thought it might be an opportunity for some great dialogue........thanks...LR

I don't feel I treat any of the doctors differently based on their sex.

I have never treated a female doc any different than any of the male docs I've worked around. :nurse:

I don't treat female docs differently than male. Perhaps the female doc needs to look at how she's treating the nurses, though. If she's getting an attitude, maybe she deserves it. One female doc I know is a regular PIA. She doesn't get any respect from me. I know male docs who are PIA's, too. They don't get respect from me, either.
