Ohio nurses, having trouble with website

  1. I have been trying to renew my license for the last 5 days on line. The server keeps popping up an error code. Anyone else having problems? I tried calling to see if they were having problems with the server, but "due to the high volume of calls" I left a message with the assurance I would hear something back in the next two business days. Just in time to pay the 50.00 late fee.:angryfire

    I did mine a few months ago and it was fine. The server is probably overloaded or something (that sounded technical, right?)
    Maybe if you try at a weird time, like 4 am, it will work.

    if all attempts have been made from the same computor, try hitting the refresh button....also, completely shut down you computor, turn back on and try again.....good luck, we still do the paper and pen and snail mail method, lol

    Check the OBN website, there is a message about renewals and slow process.
