So I had a intensive phone interview awhile ago with a recruiter for position of Nurse Manager (Dept. Head) lasted 45mins. I really enjoyed the recruiter coz she's very professional and very nice. I just have question regarding getting the job?

1. How would I know if I have the chance to get the job? So the recruiter ask me what is my salary range, so I told them what I want, but then after I told them my salary range, they discuss me higher salary that they can offer to me. So I was like wow! (in my mind) That I did not expect it would be more higher than to what I said to them. Recruiter even send me the company benefits even if I'm not done yet to my other interviews with them. Recruiter ask me if I'm still interested to the job. And I said yes. LOL :p

So what do you think guys? Is this promising? Please advice. Thank you :)

BTW recruiter always saying that I did good in the interview :)

You answered your own question.

The recruiter wants you to succeed. If you get hired, they get their money. Whether you have a shot at the job is entirely on the facility and the people who interview you there. Good luck!
