New RN fresh off orientation

I just graduated May 2017 and finished my last day of orientation yesterday! I'm on a telemetry floor right now, which has a lot of stroke, heart, altered mental status, psych, and general med-surg patients. My question is, does anyone have any online classes or resources specifically for new grads? Topics such as time management, general tips and tricks, medication information, common emergency situations, etc? I'm looking for all I can get right now.

I haven't read it, but I've heard good things about "Becoming Nursey" by Kati Kleber (who runs the blog Nurse Eyeroll). Mayhaps a good Christmas gift. :)

I read the book mentioned above and I didn't find it to be an overly amazing read, just stock standard stuff. I did however read the book I have attached a link for and it was great, got me through those rough new grad times.

Browsing around the internet, I also just found this series of podcasts (also by Kati Kleber). Again, I haven't actually listened to them, but they are free and immediately available. Maybe worth a look.

If you haven't already done so I suggest doing a search of your topics on this forum using the search feature at the top of the screen. There is a wealth of information on this site and all of your topics have been covered. I also suggest reading the First Year After Licensure discussion in the Career section of the forum:- I have seen some of your topics appear there.
