I once took a CEU course distance learning and received 30 hours. It was on basic "med surg" nursing. There are several multi-hour courses to take out there. Check this out: https://allnurses.com/Nursing_Continuing_Education/

Be sure to check with your BON as to what those 30 hours must entail. In FL it's domestic violence, AIDS, med errors, etc.

Good luck!

Unlimited CEU's for 1 year and these courses are easily knocked out. Can be done entirely online very very quickly if your in a jam. I needed some fast and at 29.95 I couldnt pass it up.

It's Nursing Education of America, I've used them for yrs. It has a wide variety of courses that are 15, 20, or 30 credit hrs each, and very reasonable priced. You can do them all online and print out your certificate after testing, it doesn't get any easier than that. You can do home study as well and they send you the needed books etc.

As with any online CEU's, make sure they are an accredited and approved provider for your state. I know they are accredited for Fl. and many other states.
