Hello! I am an LPN and currently working on my RN. I am currently living in upstate NY and am OVER the snow! Me and my family are planning on moving to a warm weather state about a year after I graduate and I would love some advice from other the nurses in the field. What are the best warm weather states to work and which ones pay better? I have used google to get some info but would love to hear from you all! TIA

While California pays better, the cost of living would be a big factor and with one year experience landing a job would be difficult. Arizona is nice and I think the wages are decent with cost of living. :)
