Oh wow. Some questions are worded in a way where its hard to know exactly what I'm being asked. Not sure if they mean at work or in public (the ones about first time meetings).

Those questions are dependant on where you have the predominance of those situations. You can use either scenario.

Hi all,

This is Jaisene wanting to say hello and sincerely thank everyone whose participated in my survey. I've received some really good feedback but am being told that I don't have a large enough sample of nurses yet. Could you spare five minutes to participate? I have to have a sample of 1000 nurses by the 13th of March.

If not, does anyone know how(where) I can survey more nurses. I've run through both the county hospitals and doctor's offices in my area. I'm starting to get a little desperate now. :bowingpur
