Published

We've recently updated our live chat (click here)

We are planning on setting up some scheduled chat times, so that there will actually be people in the chat room at specific times :)

We'd like to get some feedback from you, our members, as to what times you would like to set up for scheduled chat times. So please let us know what you think.

Also, we would also like to set up chats on specific nursing related topics, so, please submit your suggestions on topics you'd like to see discussed as well.

We will be putting the chat schedule in our newsletter, which is going out Mon or Tues, so please send in your suggestions as soon as possible. Thanks again for all your help!

I have been working in the US as a nurse and the stress is tremendous. I was wondering if there is another job as a nurse but not working in the hospital but pays well

Hi Everybody

How about a chat room for new nurses? It would be nice to be able to bounce ideas off each other in real time instead of posting and waiting for replies.

I think there need to be some time slots because I think a lot of people just pop in and out when there is no one there.

hello anyone home:coollook:

i will take my chances on when any topic comes up; the "usual suspects"....and you know who you are :chuckle !.....can always let me know when the subjects start.

there is a lot of people in there around 7pm pacific time and last night i went in there at 9pm pacific time and there were 9 other nuts in there talking and chatting about a lot of different things. there have been times that i have gone in the room and there is nobody there but just wait for a little while and someone will come on. if you keep your sounds on you can go do something else and then when you here someone in the room, you can click on to the chat room.

psycho....i resemble that remark! :chuckle heehee! we actually do get some topics going.....just wait and see. :)

Ah, you got me pegged.....I am a nut. Class clown...my brain is full. Nurses just wanna have fun. Is that criminal? Come on back to chat, with us nuts...We'll help ya unwind and maybe learn something. LOL

I'm soooo crazy...and nuts too. And I like it that way!

i was thinking that a big button at the top with a list of who's in chat would encourage people to come in when there was someone sitting in chat and just reading the bb, waiting for someone to join.

ang.....there was a spot that said who is in the chat room at one time. maybe around the time the new room opened. now the only way you can see who is there is right before you log in....

oh, well. :uhoh3:

Really like the chat site, although haven't been able to be around during the day. The idea of a couple hours in the am would be good not only for night shifters, but, also for evening workers too. Can't wait to hear what happens!!!
