Hi everybody, just had to let everyone know that I passed state boards. I took it last Tuesday and the license was issued this passed Monday 12/2. I am so happy. I took it the first time in August and did not pass. So i regrouped took the Kaplan Review and buckled down and studied. Get this: on my second try, time ran out and I had just finished question 259, I walked out the testing center and cried becuase I knew I had failed yet once again. But GOD is GOOOOOOOOOD all the time and I knew he was there with me. So it is true you can have a short test and pass/fail and a long test and pass/fail in my case I passed after having time run out and answering 259 questions.
SO stay focused and be encouraged

Woo Hoo!!!!!! I'm so happy for you. (Proof that the # of questions has nothing to do with whether you pass or not!!!)
Congratulations!!!

I am so jealous because, I am still fumbling over multiple choice logic and you went the distance. I wish I ws where you are today. Best to you
Note to Mario Ragucci (forgive me if I mangle the spelling of your last name)::)
I don't know how far along you are in your nursing education; I've seen many of the posts you've fired off.
Anyway: you'll get there! I didn't get my associates until I was 36:eek: , and, due to a lot of personal garbage that I won't bore anyone with, I didn't start working until I was 40:eek: . Then, after more personal garbage:imbar , I was out of commission (so to speak) for another nine years.
What I'm trying to say, hon, is that it WILL happen, in God's time and at His choosing. I know it seems like forever. As we 12-Steppers like to say, One Day at a Time:kiss
