I need more money!

:twocents: i have just relized that I need to make more even if I have to commute.It would be great if somebody can give me an info on how much I can make in nyc or the bronx doing anything,[even homecare] in nursing. I am foreign trained nurse,7 years of exp. abroad, 3 years here-icu/ccu.Any exact info, meanning numbers ,graetly appriciated !!! :twocents::bugeyes::twocents::uhoh3::twocents:

I don't have any contacts in that area, and to be honest I'd be surprised if you found a legit "in" online (even though I love allnurses.com!!)

I would suggest maybe reading some books about career/money management. I loved "What Color is your Parachute" and anything by Suze Orman. Both are great resources for how to negotiate for better pay, and Suze always has good advice for how to handle your money better. :twocents:

i need to make more money too. i'm sponsoring a child who will be going to college next year. so i'm thinking of doing extra work like per-diem or part time with vising nurse or methadone clinic. live in ny also.
