Hello

I have a question related to HRT. I am 52 and going thur menopause and I am having severe symptoms. Years ago i had one blood clot in leg from miscarriage but haven't had any problems since. I am nonsmoker. I wanted to find out if anyone knows about low dosage estrogen etc to help with menopause.

Thanks

HRT is wonderful if you can safely tolerate it...it will make you feel 'normal' again...2 ideas for you to check out: 1) read Suzanne Somers' book as an introduction to HRT and alternative approaches and

2) research alternative therapies you can try like soy isoflavones. Good luck and feel better soon.

I would be tested for possible underlying thrombophillia- the miscarriage could have been r/t clotting issue. Testing has advanced significantly-hth!
