Hi,

I need ur opinion about my assignment, our teacher gave us this statement: Client's Satisfaction in personal, organization, and work place. Please share your thoughts. Our subject is on Introduction to administrative nursing.

My opinion is that you shouldn't use "ur".

Ure opinion counts.

I don't understand what the statement is elaborating on. If you'd clarify, I'd be glad to try to answer

If that is the only explanation of the assignment, I think she is requesting your thoughts on client satisfaction. I am thinking, and there isn't much info to go on, that you could discuss how important you think client (and in nursing the patient is the "client") satisfaction is to their care. For example, I think that it is extremely important for a patient to be pleased with the care they are receiving... ovbiously, they aren't always going to be completely happy with the care they are receiving because being a "patient" isn't by any means a fun experience, but if they feel involved in their care and the lines of communication are open they are pleased and more comfortable with you. The best example I can give of this is a pt in the ICU setting who has recently been extubated and wants to eat. A nurse running around crazy trying to get caught up and just keeps telling the pt they can't have anything to eat right now but is unable to explain to them why and at what point they can... The patient doesn't see anything except that this nurse is refusing to feed them... shift change, the next RN comes on duty. This nurse takes a few moments and explains the process of things that have to occur before they can eat. The patient thinks the previous nurse gave horrible service, but all of a sudden the next nurse is the best they have had. All because of a few words of explanation. The pt is more comfortable with this nurse and is more able/willing to participate in their care. I hope this makes sense, I am running on no sleep!

You forgot to nit pick on the little dancing smiley as well...

I am sure she wouldn't use "ur" on her paper.

thank u squirtle, actually our teacher didn't elaborate to us the assignment. She actually wants us to figure it out ourselves how we can understand clients satisfaction in persoanl, organizational, and in a work. :sniff:

"She actually wants us to figure it out ourselves "

Exactly. Teachers are funny that way.
