The above article may be of help in getting the "big picture" of nursing diagnoses, which are the universal language of nursing.
Hi EMTPTORN,

I have three care plan books and I have to tell you the absolute best book is by Ackley/Ladwig 5th Edition. I can't even think of the title right now (I'm at work). But it's something like Nursing Planning Care. It is SO great. I'm not having any trouble writing care plans now at all!

greetings,
maybe this should be posted on student nursing section, but i wanted input from the whole crowd. we are just getting started on the care plan writing process, and i feel like i need one of the care plan writing books to get me through this. the college bookstore sells one published by lippincott; our instructor uses this one, plus 2 other books. am interested in a book that is comprehensive and an easy read (easy read is an oxymoron when refering to care plans when you are new to writing them)
anyway.....would appreciate any help.
