Are you suppose to sign your name on the bottom left of RN registration certificate?

Are you talking about your license? Each state has its own format. And it's all online now, so unless you are going into a private practice and hanging it on the wall, I wouldn't be too concerned.

yes the license, in NY... im just curious b/c i went to the HR today and they told me that i was suppose to sign it

oh yes, a lot of ppl don't know but on the registration paper ... you sign the bottom left where it prints " licensee" and then you notice that there are other signatures on the bottom of the page as well =) I just found out awhile ago too
