Have lots of unprotected sex. :p That's usually the way it seems to happen.

Actually, I'm not a mom or mom-to-be. Maybe some of the nurses can help you.

Track your ovulation...that always works if both of you are fertile. You will ovulate about 10-14 days after a menstrual cycle. You should be able to feel some changes during this time also like cramping and you may be in the "mood". If in a couple of months this does not work you may need to buy an ovualtion predictor or see your OBGYN.

LOL that's what worked for me two out of 3 pregnancies. First one I lost 90lbs in 3 months (basically starving) and gained a baby. Second one, I gave up trying and decided I needed to lose weight, lost 40lbs and found out I was pregnant. LOL

For myself, the harder I have tried not to the quicker I would get pregnant.
