All Nurses, thanks for the warm welcome....

Dear Nurses,

I have been a member here since September 2001, and have been treated with such respect and courtesy each time I communicate with someone on the All Nurses Discussion sites.

It's not often that we stop and take the time to let others know how much they're respectful ways and professional attributes are sincerely appreciated, this is why I am doing so now.

It is a pleasure to belong to a nursing discussion group that does not badger one another, or put one another down for the way they feel. It is a pleasure to be among nurses who respect other's opinions even if those opinions differ from their own. It's good to be a part of an online nurse's discussion group that welcomes newcomers, does not form cliques with the intent of excluding all others from their discussions, and always communicates with one another in a mature manner like adults should.

I visit another nurse's discussion site that is no way as gentle, respectful, kind, accepting, and professionally mature as All Nurses is. Thank you all for your kind spirits and ability to make another person here feel so welcome. Happy New Year to you all!

Sincerely written,

Renee:)

Yes, Renee...even though this was posted one year ago, I still feel the same. I don't know who brought it back this month for you all to read again.........it wasn't me.........but THANKS to whomever did it because I still feel the same this year about Allnurses as I did one year ago! :kiss

The ups...the downs...the all arounds...LIFE feels good when I visit these parts for comfort, for friendship, for laughter, a little crying, lots of support, and so much love and caring.

ALLNURSES............WE ROCK!!! :kiss

I still don't have my own home computer yet, so I've got 20 minutes left on this library computer to say what I've got to say, so..............

I love you guys and gals! All is going well with me. The budget is very very tight, but God has provided and met all of my needs somehow. I give him all the praise and exhalt His Holy Name forever and ever! :)

I start orientation at the hospital tomorrow, so won't be back to the library to read emails until next Saturday, so bear with me a little longer. I soooooooooooo miss my home computer. :crying2:

In due time, I'll be back!!!

Much love everyone! See ya all next weekend! :kiss

Renee...Cheerfuldoer

I missed you too! Glad to see you back.

Btw, does anyone elses family treat them like allnurses is an imaginary friend to be indulged with?

I've been a member of this board since March of 2001 and have made some good friends here, I think. Everyone is always very supportive and it IS addicting!

Welcome back and ENJOY your new job!

S'ok, let 'em roll :p

Renee, So glad to hear all is going well for you. I miss reading your posts and hope you will soon be back with your own computer.

Best of luck in your new job!

hey Renee, good to see "really" back here, LOL

Yes, my family is mesmerized (sp?) that this internet-bunch of crazy nurses sticks together like superglue, although we (well most of us anyway) haven't heard our voices or seen each other.

It is great! Take care all of you, Renee:kiss
