Anybody else going to be applying? I'm a long shot because I'm applying without all my courses completed, they will be done in the Spring.

icu: so, did you buy your books used?? i think my friend mentioned that they are no longer using ati, but i could be mistaken.. i guess i'll just wait to hear at orientation.

When you guys say orientation do you mean the immunization meeting? On my acceptance letter it just gave a time/date for the immunization meeting and it said an orientation date was TBD. Are the orientations specific for each location? Any other AT Still students know of an orientation date?

I'm going to the 10am immunization meeting on Wednesday, the email that was sent out today says that they may have an idea of what your schedule will be like for the program. Hopefully that is the case. We don't have dates for the nursing orientation yet.

yes, i mean orientation as in our own individual location orientation... they are to be decided, but should be roughly 4 weeks before we start.

Some books I bought new some used some borrowed....haha like a wedding....I worked at a hospital that allowed me to check out books. Go to evolve website and see if they sell the sims codes separately.

right! the hospital library.. i asked and because i am only a volunteer, i am not allowed to check any books out.. which is what i expected. okay, thanks! i'll look into the sims :)

I got a call from my counselor and am going in wedn after the first meeting to plan my schedule for summer and fall semester he said.

Would you guys be cool if we started a GCU Summer 2014 cohort page on Facebook? I know we are all at different locations, but we are after the same goal. I think it would be nice to have a page to see how everyone is doing throughout the program and keep connected. Let me know your thoughts:)
