My name is Richard and I applied to GCC for the winter/spring 2018 semester and wanted to start and topic for everyone to discuss.

It says on the paperwork to NOT give money to the facility when you go. After you pay online, that is it.

When is your guys orientation? Mine is Dec 6th..but I'm in the LVN-RN bridge...but my friend whose in the standard 2 yr program, his orientation date is different. Wondering how many orientation dates there are. Hmm

ahhh I was also offered a seat in weekend evening program a few days after being chosen as alternate! excited to meet everyone!

oh also I wanted to ask those who did the drug/fingerprinting already-- when you bought it were you able to pick a scheduled date to do the test? Or did you have a timeframe to complete it by (like within 24 hours of purchase for example)? :o

Yay congrats!! So happy a lot of our cohort is on this thread! :)

I was able to pick and schedule an appointment for both!

@SoftballNurse4949 I believe our orientation is on Dec 14th!

Hello!!! I was chosen as an alternate for the standard schedule. My orientation is also on Dec 14th, hopefully I get a spot.

Initially I was rejected and asked if I wanted them to keep my file so I replied yes. This past Friday they emailed me offering me an alternate spot for the standard program. Hopefully they'll have a spot for me by the end of winter session, if not I will start in the fall.
