No problem! I live in NC, I told my recruiter where I'm located and he said shouldn't be an issue.  
I personally only applied to the Navy. My husband is a Marine officer and we're currently stationed out in Lejeune until 2027. so it only sense for me to go navy route .

If you don't have a preference, then I'd think it should be okay in this initial process . IDK the rules around that particular situation, But once you submit an application with navy , I would personally stop pursuing Air Force.

I have a few questions for you if you have time.  I'm currently waiting on the scroll and oath, everything else is done finally. Almost a three year process for me. I'd like to get Camp Lejeune orders. Would be great to connect with someone who has just gone through the process.
