FTCC (Forsyth Tech) Spring 2020

Hey everyone! So its coming up on the deadline tommorow to have everything loaded and I have a question about the Student Medical form. I remember the instructor saying that page 3 wouldn't have to be filled out by the provider (immunization record) but on Castlebranch it shows that all 4 pages have to be submitted. Did you all leave it completely blank and attach your record or how did you ladies upload it?

My doc filled it out for me anyway. I submitted it and they accepted it. She said not to “double do” but Castlebranch didn’t seem to mind when I did! Lol.

Yes sometimes it doesn't help to add more than what's needed lol, ill keep you all posted. I've been hearing different things... that everything has to be in a completed status by tomorrow vs everything has to be uploaded by tomorrow. Praying everything goes through ?

I did the same. I had my doctor sign the 3rd page, and that's all I uploaded. Figured that would be much easier than uploading an extra 6 documents lol I think she told us the documents need to be completed by the deadline. I could be wrong. There was so much information lol there really is no telling! But I'm praying with you! I'm sure it'll all go well!

There was so much information but thanks so much! Im going to call Castlebranch again tomorrow and see if they can have someone to look at the files. I hope they can if it has to be completed.

Anyone else have pending on castle branch.. I had to re- upload some paperwork yesterday and I am just freaked out...

Hey everyone, I've definitely been stressed out for the past two days as well. I asked for a rush order on Tuesday but then called back yesterday and requested to speak with a supervisor. On our orange sheet it says if items aren't marked complete by the deadline then we can be denied our seat. One of the instructors said they are firm on that. I had to call a few times but finally got ahold of a supervisor who completed everything then and there...

Student44 I hope you were able to get through to someone.

Shahines30 now its on to getting the uniforms and books! I believe total it will be around $900 for all but I have a friend already in the program that says Ed MCkays and Textbook brokers may have them cheaper.

I know, time has really flew by. Im so excited and nervous all at the same time. Im taking a chemistry course now but after this class ends next week I have a book for dosage calculations and I'm going to start on that.

Has anyone heard from the teachers in regards to financial aid and receiving our books? Its been down since Monday, I've only been able to have my ID made.

I haven’t heard anything, and haven’t been able to get my books either. I was able to get on the myForsythtech website a little bit ago. It’s slow, but it let me on.
