Just starting this thread up! This is for anyone planning on applying to FSW in the fall for Spring 2019 at FSW.

I'm currently finishing up my pre-reqs this summer 2018 term and will be taking the TEAS in the fall as well as applying to the program at the Lee Campus.

Reply back with,

What campus you are planning on applying to?

What classes you are trying to finish up before applying in Sept/Oct?

What program schedule format you will be choosing (Daytime or evening/weekend)?

Did you take the TEAS VI exam or how did you do?

Excited to hear from you guys and to help each other out!

hey everyone! i applied a few weeks ago for the traditional ASN schedule at the Lee campus. i have all the prereqs done at FGCU and i've taken the TEAS twice, 86% on my best attempt with about a 3.3 transfer gpa. anyone know how long you usually hear an update from them about drug testing/background checks?

They will let you know all of the information regarding the program, including immunizations, drug tests and background checks, once you are accepted.

Does anyone know the schedual for their public information sessions?

I got into the Fall 2018 and they didn't email acceptance letters until 4 weeks.

Hi guys. Does anyone know when we'll find out if we got accepted into the program? I know the app deadline is Oct 12.

what do you guys think about ?

For those of you who already applied for the nursing program at fsw. When you did the tally sheet it says 2 humanities. Do we have to list just or combined both ? How those that work

It's only one humanities. 2 if you're completing the bachelor's. Unless it's changed.

what do you guys think about Rasmussen?

I haven't heard good things about .

I was looking at the tally sheet and it says humanities with a 2. 2humanities points:highest grade. So idk what it means. I haven't had a chance to go to one of the nursing orientations.

The "2" indicates a footnote. The footnote is stating that if you have taken more than one humanities, then you use the highest grade.

Ok got it. Thx

Hello everyone I got accepted into Spring 2018 Lee Traditional program and since then I have decided that nursing is not for me unfortunately. I have all the books you would need for the nursing program. Not the ATI access code but just the four books. If anyone wants them let me know and I'll sell them to you for cheaper than what I paid which was like a little over 900 dollars if I remember correctly for the bundle. Let me know!!
