FSW spring 2017

Anybody applying for the nursing program at FSW for the spring in 2017? I plan to take my TEAS sometime August or September, does anyone know what the passing score is? And have you finished all your prerequisites and general ed? The only prereqs I have left to do is A&P2, nutrition, and micro. But still have all the general eds left to do. But you don't have to have all the general eds finished before applying right? Sorry, I'm new at this.

Has anyone else submitted their videos yet?!!

I sent mine yesterday. It was only 3:57 long. No matter what I did, adding anything else was just making redundant points. You don't realize how much talking you need to do to fill 5 minutes until you're recording yourself! :drowning:

I havent even begun recording it, but I think the 5 minutes is more of a limit, if you can thoroughly answer the question in a little less then I think that's fine. :)

I'm still stuck on the planning phase honestly. Like I have no clue what to say. I'm kinda writing out a speech on a word document and have others read it before I decide to record myself.

That's basically what I'm doing, but if I can't read it I feel like I'm gonna go off on some other tangent when I'm filming lol

Sent my video on Frid, got an email saying that they will review all of them Nov 8th and to wait for updates....

very short, almost 3 min...sooo difficult to put it together but finally sent it

I wrote my speech and when I finished speaking it it was about 7 minutes long :( I have to shave it down a bit

I sent my video on Tuesday, it was so hard not to say "ah" in between every word I was saying. I did end up saying it in part of my speech but it was the best I could do. I was getting so frustrated re-recording it a million times. Mine was 5 mins long. I can't wait till we get our official letters!:yeah:

did u start checking the books? do you think we are using the 3 books of the bundle in our 1st semester?

Danny1951 sent me a link of the price of the books. It looks like the bundle includes all the books you will need for the 2 years
