FSW FALL 2018

Published

Hello Everybody. My name is Keesh. I'm starting this thread a little early to get a head start on things. I was looking into starting nursing school in the Spring of 2018, but things come up. Now I'm going to start in the FALL. I'm currently looking into the FSW ANEW program which works better with my work schedule. I was told by a student the ANEW program is just like being in the FULL TIME program except it's online. It consist of hard work, time consuming and dedication. I plan to apply for LEE campus as well.

Hey everyone,

I just found this thread. I am planning on applying for the fall 2018 at FSW. I am taking my TEAS on the 11th- late I know. Does anyone have input on the best campus to go to? I am from Tampa and I have no idea if Charlotte is a nice town? Is there a downtown/young people there? I really have no idea. I have a better idea of what fort myers and naples are.

How was the application? I hadn't done it since I am retaking my TEAS tomorrow.

Anyone know when the Spring grades will be finalized on the transcripts? I am applying to FSW nursing program and FGCU nursing program.

Thanks for asking.

65 points currently. 8 classes. 3.11 (still pissed) and an 82.on the teas. Retaking teas for a hopeful 85+ on May 8th. I'm sure my numbers are good for ANEW. But im still unsure of where I want to go, which program id like to TRY for.

Daughter retaking teas. But she has an 83, 8 classes, 3.75 she isn't sure which campus, leaning towards traditional.

I did get the annual academic excellence in anatomy and physiology award for Charlotte campus! nominated by Dr. Wolfson :) A big deal to me. I'll have an A in a&p 2 this semester in his class.

How did you do on your TEAS? Retaking mine tomorrow

Hey Camille! I am, LOL, driving to Tampa Friday to take it at USF. FSW was full and Rasmussen will only let their applicants take it there. Not stopping me. #roadtrip HBU? You ready? What are your program choices? Shelby applying to Lee traditional 80 something teas 9 classes 3.75.

Dang really?! Last I saw it was just May 10 full. I guess everyone jumped on board and signed up last week. Might as well do some shopping or sight see while you are at Tampa. I am totally ready to go retake the test.

I am listing my options as

1) Lee traditional

2) Charlotte Tradtional

I am also applying to FGCU Nursing program for spring 2019.

Nice stats for Shelby.

My TEAS from the first time I took it was a 70, 9 classes completed, and 3.0 gpa

I could do ANEW in Lee if I have to but would be much better off in Charlotte. Between the kids, and work a closer commute would make a world of difference for me.

Hi. I have a nursing buddy applying for Charlotte ANEW first choice, lee second. She is hopeful there will be enough qualified applicants. I cannot do ANEW because the schedule is too much. I cannot do 3 nights a week and Saturday and Sunday in later semesters. I will still rank ANEW as my 4,5,6 choices, though.

How did everyone upload their TEAS results?

On the teas website It lets you download the score report. That's what I uploaded.

Just like she said it. It's like under my results I believe. I was pretty surprised that they let you list a lot of the different programs with the ANEW and Traditional choice
