Florida Southwestern State College formerly Edison State College. I started thread for FSW but it is full with spring applicants. So I decided to start a new one for this upcoming fall.
Who is joining me next fall in nursing?
I plan to apply for Part-time or Lee full time. I have one more semester of pre-requisites. I am taking A&P 1, Micro, College Algebra and Nutrition. Kill me now. lol A full time semester of craziness but almost done after that hopefully with pre-requisites with the exemption of A&P 2 and a humanities class.
I plan to take the Hesi in mid Feb or march and retake if needed at the end of April. Schedule has been posted and I plan to study a lot this winter break. So excited but so nervous.
If they round my 88.67 up which they said they should, I have 93 points. If they don't I have 88 points. I'm retaking my HESI on Tuesday so if I can get that 90.1 or higher I will have 98 points as well. I got a B in anatomy and physiology II. I'm applying for the night program. There is no way you're not getting in to the day program with 98 points. Congrats!!!!!!

I ended up having to hand deliver my transcripts. I was told they never recieved the one I had sent to them. I was told it could take 7-10 days to be processed, so I asked to have it expedited. The lady who evaluated my transcript had it done within an hour of me speaking with her. My micro credits didn't transfer, so I had to file a credit review request. It will not be rectified until June, so I have to submit a letter showing that I've filed the request and turn in an official transcript from Hodges and from FSW with my application. If they do not consider my micro in the calculation, I will be applying with 95 points instead of 98. The transfer student process is no joke. It'll all be worth it in the end. Fingers crossed I'll be submitting my application today, once I get my transcript in the mail. Fingers crossed!!
Well I got out hesi. I got 84. Only two points higher. But hey I will take it. I have total 74 points. I submitted my application. You never know. I know people who submitted it with lower points.
It's all so nerve racking, I'm gonna be a hot mess until I get the email! Until then, I'm just going to keep studying for the hesi, I'll see some of you tomorrow!
I got the same exact score! 88.67! That's That's five point difference between 88 and 89, so I was super interested in that lol. That will only leave me with about an 80, but it's better than nothing! Thanks so much for responding!

So I made a mistake in my nursing calculator. I actually have 69 instead 74.
I applied anyways but I dont think I will get in. Oh well. I will apply for next spring. My 84 in hesi didnt help me since I'm missing two classes and I have two Bs. I will still be stalking tho thread and live through your excitement of getting in.
