FSCJ Summer 2013 Nursing Students

Hi everyone, well I'm starting this convo so we all can get an idea of who, what, when, and where with FSCJ. Good topics would include testing materials, the average ranking of points for the upcoming term, and any other useful ideas that will help us all get into to this crazy hard nursing program! :) So, lets see if we can help each other out....and it's kinda fun to talk about nursing as well :)

Just a heads up for those who already got in if you looked through the packet they accidentally left out the form you need to submit for your drug screening. If you call Ms. ******* she will email it right away to you :)

I already made my fingerprinting appointment for tomorrow and ordered my background check and uniforms/supplies online. I'm going to pick up my skills kit sometime next week and also do my vaccinations, etc. then too. I want everything done and out of the way ASAP!!

I didn't get home and get the packet until after the school had closed so I didn't get to speak to Ms. ******* today.

Lucy, I booked everything as well=) (fingerprints, physical, etc). You are ahead on the uniforms. I do not know what size I am yet.

For the fingerprints it shows you different locations when you follow the directions on our packet.. I booked at the UPS at Deerwood Plaza and I think the process will be fairly easy. As far as my physical my Dad is actually a doctor so I just had set me up with an appointment with one of his partners.

I also went ahead and ordered my uniforms just in case I need to exchange sizes.

The only thing left is the drug screening..I still need to call ****** and to go to the FL Specialty store for polo and khakis.

hey ya'll! I'm new to this forum but I received my acceptance letter in the mail yesterday! SOOO EXCITED!!!!!! and congrats to everyone else who has gotten in as well!! so what is this everyone is saying about there not being a drug screen sheet? How exactly do I go about getting that??
