FSCJ Summer 2013 Nursing Students

Hi everyone, well I'm starting this convo so we all can get an idea of who, what, when, and where with FSCJ. Good topics would include testing materials, the average ranking of points for the upcoming term, and any other useful ideas that will help us all get into to this crazy hard nursing program! :) So, lets see if we can help each other out....and it's kinda fun to talk about nursing as well :)

Thanks for the heads up. I haven't gone through it yet because I haven't been home. I had my fiancé check the mail for me since I saw people saying they had got letters today! Lol

Sorry Lucy I didn't see your message until now I went out of town for the weekend and did not bring my computer with me but even if you just call and leave a message for ms ******* with your email address she will forward it to you right away took about two minutes for me. I pretty much got everything scheduled yesterday. Just want to make sure I have everything done well ahead of the April 1st deadline because I'm sure it will come quickly!

Lucy, I booked everything as well=) (fingerprints, physical, etc). You are ahead on the uniforms. I do not know what size I am yet.

Did you ever get the drug screen packet? I need that too. I will try to call Tarolyn later if not.

Fortunately someone I knew who just got out of the program donated their uniforms to me and they were the right size so I knew what to order. I ordered new sets to use though and will use hers as a backup

For the fingerprints it shows you different locations when you follow the directions on our packet.. I booked at the UPS at Deerwood Plaza and I think the process will be fairly easy. As far as my physical my Dad is actually a doctor so I just had set me up with an appointment with one of his partners.

I also went ahead and ordered my uniforms just in case I need to exchange sizes.

The only thing left is the drug screening..I still need to call ****** and to go to the FL Specialty store for polo and khakis.

Got my fingerprints done today and it was REALLY simple. In and out in 2 minutes...no joke!

hey ya'll! I'm new to this forum but I received my acceptance letter in the mail yesterday! SOOO EXCITED!!!!!! and congrats to everyone else who has gotten in as well!! so what is this everyone is saying about there not being a drug screen sheet? How exactly do I go about getting that??
