I know they see it as a waste of money. If they hire, it would be great, if not it is still ok. all i want was to get my foot in the door and get experience.

Hey This is my last term in nursing school. I will graduate in August. I had 3 interviews for PCT jobs. I haven't heard back from the hospital. My friend is an RN, he told me that they don't hire nursing students because I will graduate soon. I have an interview Monday. is there anything I should say to convince them to hire me even if I will finish school in August?
