FSCJ SPRING 2015

Hello, everyone!

Since no one has started a Spring 2015 for FSCJ Nursing, I thought I would start it. I plan on applying the beginning of September I will take the exam in august. I'm very nervous of course. I have a preq gpa of 2.87 but I have an overall gpa of 3.23. Has anyone heard that FSCJ has changed their entrance exam to the HESI A2? Anyone applying to FSCJ hoping to get accepted for the spring?

Yes, they normally won't see you unless you have been approved for the program. So if I was you I would just wait until you receive your letter stating CONGRATULATIONS/ WELCOME TO THE PROGRAM because they my deny you if you don't have all of that information first. You normally have to have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA and if you have a job you have to make less than $25/hr. Also, the school normally puts the information in your packet that you will receive when you get in BUT the company is no longer called Worksource it is called Careersource, so keep an eye out for that paper. But everyone who applies normally gets the Scholarship

Hello and I have been reading the posts under this thread and a few others for a while. I am also hoping to get into the spring 2015 term. It's only been 9 days and the wait is dreadful! I wish you all the best of luck and pray we all get that thick packet in the mail. :up: Having the opportunity to meet some potential nursing classmates is great :yes:

Dreadful is an understatement. I've been trying to keep myself busy doing anything possible work extra, reading crappie novels, organizing my home anything! When will we find out?

I have looked at the previous post for spring 2012 and 2013. It looks like they got there letters around the 17/18th of the month. Hopefully we will hear something soon.

That was probably the second month, so like November 17/18

Yea i have like looked at the previous threads tryingt to figure the cutoff score and when the packets were sent out. Im thinking it is early because we are only in school for a few more weeks because of the holidays coming up and they need to find out who wants a seat and they want to do orientation. So hopefully we will hear something SOON.
