Hello, everyone!
Since no one has started a Spring 2015 for FSCJ Nursing, I thought I would start it. I plan on applying the beginning of September I will take the exam in august. I'm very nervous of course. I have a preq gpa of 2.87 but I have an overall gpa of 3.23. Has anyone heard that FSCJ has changed their entrance exam to the HESI A2? Anyone applying to FSCJ hoping to get accepted for the spring?
Soooo, today I took the HESI and then turned in my application. My score in 180.6. I didn't do as well as I thought I would. My cumulative score for the HESI is an 85.50%. I'm really nervous because it's in that gray zone in between definitely getting in and definitely not getting in as far as past scores. My NAT scores were better. So now we wait.
So I just turned in my nursing application today. I also took the HESI and CPR class this week. I am so exhausted. My total points are in the 180s. I am not fully confident about getting accepted. But I am glad I am giving it a shot. The countdown begins. It looks like the last spring applicants received their acceptance letter around the 2nd or 3rd week in October.
Does anyone have any new information on the worksource program? I no longer qualify for financial aid because of the 150% rule. I am trying to look into other options for paying for school.
Hey everyone. I have been reading the posts on here and decided to join since we officially start the countdown today! I took my HESI 9-11 and my overall points combined were 202.2. My friend took hers last week and scored 223. Good luck to everyone who has applied to the spring 2015 term. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask!(:
I was told that they only needed 17 and 18 which is double sided. That's in the new packets. Who ever had the old packets had more than one. They would not have accepted your application if it wasn't completed properly. I had the new packet only thing I turned in was 17 and 18 which was double sided.

I have some financial aid left but not enough to cover all four semesters. This is the web address for info: CareerSource: Educational Opportunities
The first thing you should do is go to a work source office. There is one on every campus. I'm not sure if you have to go to the North campus specifically since that's where the Nursing program is held.
Best of luck to you.
ahh thank so much. I am bookmarking this page. I will probably go to the location near me the beginning of next week. I want to see if I can get any other additional information from them. I just want to make sure nothing has changed. I will keep you updated. It was my understanding that you can still qualify for the CareerSource program with FA.

did you multiply your cumulative HESI score percentage by 1.2? After multiplying, that is your actual score on the HESI
