FSCJ Nursing-Summer 2015

I haven't seen any thread for Summer 2015 Nursing Program for FSCJ, so I decided to create this one. There has been slight changes made to the program and to the prerequisite requirements.

Is anyone else planning to apply for the program? Any tips?

Words of encouragement?

Have you taken the HESI?

Is this your first time shooting to the program?

Its going to be a tough few weeks but the best thing to do is to be optimistic and just breathe...

(I have to remind myself of this every day.. and will do this till i know the results)

Is it really only the 6th? February is the shortest month of the year, but it is feeling like the longest! I keep wondering how the process works to look at our applications. What is happening now? Do they have an idea yet of the cutoff number? I spend too much time thinking about this!

I saw a page on here a couple years back and everyone got their letters on or around valentines day it seemed.. so... i may start creeping on the mail man by the end of next week. ✉📬

Someone told me that if you leave at any county other than St Johns or Nassau, you don't stand a chance of getting in, even if you have the highest number of points. I live at St Johns county and this comes as a surprise, if that's true. Anyone knows anything about it?

That use to be true, I asked the secretary and she said that is no longer true. Someone from Miami got in and they were sending info from Miami

So nervous. Hope the cut of trend follows the same pattern as in the past with the hesi being the new exam. Anyone know of any online web sites that can help prepare for term 1? Just want to be prepared just in case I get accepted. I heard it rough! The suspense is torture!!! Good luck everyone!

Hey everyone, my name is jan and I will begin stalking my mail box in a few weeks.... I applied a few years ago but the cut off was much higher than it has been. Since then I have raised my score to 202.8 and hope that's enough to get me in.
