FSCJ Nursing Fall 2016

Published

Hello everyone!

I haven't come across a thread for FSCJ Fall 2016 yet, so I wanted to make one. I know it's a little early, but I'm really excited! Who is planning on applying for this term? If anyone has gone through the process of the program already please give us advice.

Looking forward to talking with all of you and good luck!:)

I sent you the application thru email.

Thank you! I got it!

Who is ready to turn in their application the first of february!?!?

I'm ready!!! Application is printed and ready to go. Its going to be a long 8 weeks to wait from April 1st.

I have mine ready, but I'm still on the fence about retaking the HESI. There is still plenty of time so I'm not really worried about it. What's everyone's points looking at, it you guys don't mind me asking.

I am in a similar situation. I have thought about retaking it to to increase my points. I have 196 in points. I haven't decided if I feel safe with that number or not. What do y'all think?

I have the same amount of points lol. I am applying without micro so I don't have that extra 24 points. I've been told anything over a 190 is good, but you can never be too sure. I need to contact the nursing office and see how they go about retaking the Hesi. Do they take your better score for each section or just overall? Or do they just replace the score entirely and not take the best one...so many questions. Haha

What pages from the application do we turn in? I know it says 17-18 but just want to make sure lol. Along with transcript and copy of CPR.

They take your better score for the hesi :) I am sure yall will get in! I am so excited and anxious. It will be the longest wait after april!! Ughhh

Take your better score overall*

Yes, just page 17-18, CPR certification, hesi score page, and transcript. I have also heard that about anything over 190. The last couple of classes have had a cut off in the 180's so I feel safe. I just don't want to take the test again if I don't have too.

I'm Ready. I got all the paper work ready to turn in. Just waiting now. And yes, this is going to be a long wait.
