I scanned the threads and didn't see one for this class set up yet. I'm applying at the end of the semester. Anyone else?

LOL, I'd say go Gators, but I'd only jinx it. Either way, I got out of town and I'm trying to keep my mind on other things but its hard when everyone's asking me about school.

Just about the time you all start school, Ill be applying and waiting for my letter.

Its crazy that they send the letters only a few weeks b4 school starts. How does that work with financial aid and stuff? Im going to need a student loan to pay for school, so should I wait to apply after I get accepted or apply before hand and just hope I get in?

K Nurse,

Even though your are a "DAWG" fan I will try to help you....never let it be said otherwise....first there are financial advisors at the school that are there for such help. You can also designate which terms you desire your loan paid out in so that is an option if you go ahead and apply early.

Myself I have a federal grant that will pick up a good protion of my remaining expenses however I cant finish the application process until I get my acceptance letter, then it takes about 4-6 weeks to get it approved from there. So I have a student loan in place just in case I dont get that through in time.

Im a noles fan lol! Im just a dawgs fan for today. Great, Ill go talk to a financial adviser asap. I totally forgot that you could do thaqt with your student loan. So I can specify that I only want it to be paid out if I get into the RN program?

Well my last post probably alluded to that question however right now I am being overly optomisitc that I will get accepted, is that confidence or what? Lets hope they dont crush it next month...lol....I know you have a priod of time you can cancel it, I am not exactly sure of the exact answer for your question.

If for some reason I dont get accepted I am going to speak with a counselor myself to see what i can do to postpone that payout for the next starting term at SJRCC which I believe is the summer term so I am in the same pickle bucket as you pretty much if I dont get accepted, so see I could be on edge very easily here too...

Ooh I just enjoy the heckling effect, I think the Gators just pulled it off in OT I sure didn't think they would do it. I don't get upset over any of it
