FSCJ/FCCJ Fall 2011 Hopefuls

I know this is early, but I am sure there are Fall hopefuls out there for 2011.

Anyone out there yet, or am I just overly eager?

Yeah the not knowing part is horrible! But hopefully in a few weeks we can all sit back and relax!

I don't think we can post names on here. It's a hybrid Saturday class though.

The orientation date will be in our letters....from what I have gathered on AN, it's approx 2 weeks before classes start.

I'm hoping orientation is August 15. I really want to go out of town sometime within the two weeks before school starts

I'm glad I read most of your posts before checking the mailbox on Friday....I knew the letter from FSCJ was the President's List letter...lol. I am so ready to receive our acceptance/denial letters....either way I just want to know!!! It's driving me insane!!!!!!!!:banghead:

@everyone else, do you think we will see any letters by July 22? that would be 5 business days after the 15th...can you tell I am getting fidgety over here? :idea: lol lol

I had to google URC. :-) I pretty sure I'm dead in the water. So much for trying to make the long wait a little more interesting. ;-)

lol...URC is Urban Resource Center..it's like an annex to the main Downtown building. I love it b/c we only meet for self-paced labs. I have learned to wash my hands for a min of 30 seconds! lol lol

Micro was my absolute favorite lab I've ever been apart of.

Inoculation is so much fun! I liked running tests using the Proteus sp. so that you could see the little buggers swarm.

I agree, I thought this would be the hardest class because of all the new terminology but it is actually the most interesting labwork I have done so far!

I was always sworn by bleach but now I am convinced that my bleach/water solution bottles have helped keep my family healthy all these years. (we only go to the doctor for routine check-ups...knock on wood)

I have an even funnier one....I got a letter from FSCJ and I thought, "Wow, I must have been at the bottom of the barrell to already get a rejection letter....then I opened it and it said we would like to congratulate you...then I read furhter and it was for the President's List for the quarter!!!" HELLO, rolling mixed emotions, lol! I had to laugh, that was cruel!

I just went through the same emotions! i received a letter for being on the president's list as well! But I can't wait to hear back for fall admission! =D
