So I have been attending my local community college in the hopes to receive my ASN since Spring of 2007. Now I'm not one to complain but I have been fed up with incompetent professors in the Biology department who see us nursing majors as nothing but slime. Always telling us that we need to be weeded out and so on and so forth. I also find it difficult to believe that the college would allow he fact that nly 5 to 7 percent of the anatomy and physiology students actually pass the class with a C or above. I have filed complaints but they seem to ignore it. Because of this I have choosen to transfer to another community college even though it will be more expensive because I am not an in-county student. *sigh* sorry guys for the rant I'm just really stressed about all this.

Get used to it. Our patho teacher here will fail entire classes because she feels they didnt learn enough. Only 6 of us passed it last year and it was only because we studied our brains out. And those that didnt pass wasnt because of a lack of trying, just too much was expected from us. All the nursing instructors agreed and they all said there was nothing they could do. Its a frustrating position to be in to know that there can be better, only to be shot down by the school
